Hotel Skyler Syracuse, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel met all the usual hotel expectations - clean room, amenities, but the staff were just exceptional. They were accommodating, and pleasant, and went above expectations In friendliness. They took the time to visit with us, laugh with us and just made for a wonderful experience. Enjoy your stay!

Stayed here multiple times and usually no issues. I booked a king and was given a queen bed. Room was quite smaller than others I've stayed in there. The fridge began loudly humming at 5 am, and then in the morning i woke up to an icebox of a room as the thermostat had reset to 60! I would stay here again but make sure you don't get this room.

Check in /out was seamless. Room was dark. No light switch to be found for bedroom. Had the junior suite. Only small wall sconce lights. And, no coffee maker!! They do offer coffee in the lobby, but a small machine in the room would be a huge bonus. Architecture was beautiful. Walkable to the Dome. Very safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

Room was great, when we checked in the saff told us that breakfast is included but when we checked out we were charge for breakfast and the staff was not helpful and we paid fro breakfast

The Skyler is always great. The hotel is lovely, staff is great and you can't beat the location.
