I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews, and it saddens me to do so, but please do not use this hotel.
The hotel has fallen into decay, there are insects everywhere inside and outside, the hotel smells old and rotten, the long forgotten pool in the basement together with the parking lot, leaves you to believe you are at the wrong address before entering.
Another "fun fact" is that the key for each room works for the whole floor, perhaps the whole hotel.
We left the hotel after 90 minutes and found something else in Salsomaggiore.
I would not stay here even if it was free.

A bit of an old school hotel needing some modernisation. Nothing was wrong everything was clean and proper. Area quite nice. Staff was great.
Would stay again if I needed to.

j y suis allée avec un groupe de 33 personnes dans le cadre de vacances adaptes ;Morena nous attendait alors que nous sommes arrivés trés tard mais avec le sourire et en peu de temps tous le monde a pu se reposer .Morena et Cesar se sont occupés de nous alors que dans le groupe nous avions des régimes spéciaux ,ils se sont adaptes toujours avec le sourire et une gentillesse .L hotel a du charme mais c est surtout Luchiana sa maman ,Morena et sa fille Beatrice qui sont l ame de cet endroit Très bien situé pour allés au thermes je recommande cet hotel pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des personnes qui s en occupe

Anche se il personale è stato gentile e accogliente abbiamo trovato la truttura piuttosto vecchia. La camera e il bagno non erano sufficientemente puliti. La poca pressione dell'acqua ha impedito di fare una doccia soddisfacente. Colazione abbondante e varia ma con tutto preconfezionato. Non sceglierei di soggiornare ancora .
