Our stay at The Ozarker was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the entire place was beautifully decorated. We will recommend The Ozarker to anyone we know that is headed to Branson.
Our only comments/suggestions are, the concrete floor on the main level was quite chilly, on top of that, there was not a quality the seal on the door. We noticed that in the morning when we could see sunlight through the entire gap between the frame and handle side of the door.
We are aware that it is off-season, so these things may not be as noticeable in the coming months, but thought you may want to know

We sent our Brother in law and his new wife there for a little pre- Honeymoon. THEY LOVED IT! It was beautiful and very accommodating. They enjoyed their stay so much they are wanting to make it a yearly trip!!!

It was just okay. There were two dead spiders in the room that seemed to have been there for awhile and the bath wasn’t cleaned. We did elect for the housekeeping services but only the trash was changed each day. The lady at the front was pleasant and friendly when we interacted.

The hotel has some cozy rooms but could be better if they had at least 2 bathrooms for a room that sleeps 6 people. Aly at the front desk was very helpful and always in a good mood. I recommend this place for a short visit and very good for families.

We are an older couple that needs an elevator when going to upper floors. We were on the 3rd floor which caused us some issues.

The staff was excellent. Marshall, Laney Ann and Terry were very helpful and went out of their way. The rooms were clean, but small with few places to store things. I was in a single queen room so other rooms may have more places for your things. I really liked the open heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. The place is newly renovated and they did a really nice job with outdoor fire pits and a welcome common area.

We liked the property, we could see that they are updating the property, but it seems like they have aways to go yet. Love what they are doing with the hotel. The road noise is quite noticeable at night. There were things in the room that were not working or coming off the wall. They should remove breakfast from the list of amenities provided. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
