We checked in yesterday with my family and booked two rooms, one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Considering how hot the weather is these days, we expected the air conditioning to be cold and comfortable, but both rooms were still very warm. Sadly, that was not the only issue. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and the towels, pillowcases, and blankets smelled unpleasant. The rooms themselves did not smell fresh either. For such an expensive hotel, we were surprised that there were barely any amenities provided — not even complimentary slippers. The shampoo was also very harsh and made our hair feel stiff and dry. The toilet bowl was heavily stained and looked unhygienic, which made it uncomfortable to use. Because of the heat and since the air conditioner was positioned too low, we had to pull the beds closer to the aircon because my child gets sweaty easily. When we moved the beds, we were shocked to see how dirty underneath was. There was a lot of dust and trash left there. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. We will definitely never come back here again.
