I’m thankful for the staff in the counter for upgrading my room without further cost because the single room they say was leaking upon my arrival.

There was a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the corridors during the morning. Other than that it was nice.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my family. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing us with a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. Thank you for making our family trip enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort, excellent service, and a relaxing stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future! 😊🏨✨

Good hotel, I'd stay here again. Enjoyed my time in Tacloban. Very handy to shops and SMsavemore. Easy walk to the bus station. Buses going all over leyte and Samar.

The stay was convenient enough for us. We were able to sleep comfortably during our stay.

The location is excellent since malapit lang iya sa savomore, jollibee, mang inasal, and other stores (super convinient). Great customer service as well. I also like na merong lamp shade 😁

I always stay in this hotel everytime i travel from Tacloban to Manila, budget wise and accesible.

The place is perfect if you want a hassle-free stop before leaving Tacloban. It’s ideal for buying pasalubong, doing groceries, purchasing medicines, and other necessities because it’s very close to everything you need. Although amenities like the Wi-Fi and lampshade were a downside, overall we had a great time.

Highly recommended! We'll definitely comeback again to this place. Very great location!
