I had an early business appointment in Tacloban City couple of days ago that’s why I decided to stay overnight. The hotel is new and the room is not bad. I like the bed and the pillows! I was just disappointed when I requested for a fresh towel the next morning as the towel they set up was already dirty only to be told by the front desk lance that it is chargeable! ( When I declined to pay for the additional charge , he just said OK WELL NOTED!) … I cannot believe that they are charging for this. Not to mention he declined my request for an hour LCO and being told again it is chargeable. I know the Hotel was not fully booked and so I was asking nicely if possible. Moreover, to my surprised I was told that the breakfast is a buffet style but apparently not! I was in a hurry so I did not really pay attention more! I believe they could improve the service even more better. Yes I paid only 1800 room rate for a night but I guess I could have stayed much better somewhere else.

They are great in everything, it was my daughter and my husband's first time in Tacloban City, and the hotel picked us up from the airport, I also want to thank their driver for driving me going to the bank before we check-in, When we check-in, there was a smell that the room did not use for a long time, although everything is clean, our bed size matrimonial bed but no breakfast, the restaurant has also limited food, the hotel has an also nearby laundry and many restaurants too. The housekeeping are great and kind people, they help me to find the tablet of my daughter that we thought was lost. They also make sure that our room is clean every day. They also have a great garden and a cute pond that has a lot of fish around. Wifi is fast but there is a small piece of paper that they will give you that you can use for 2 to 3 days and they change passwords. They will give you soap and shampoo for free, no bottled water for free, no fridge, and their tv is not clear to watch. There is also a blackout while we were check-in in, so better to prepare flashlights, once your room is closed you cannot see anything because it is really dark. I have flashlights on hand so it is still okay for me to stay there. Make sure that you stay there first before you pay, because it is non-refundable. When I arrive I thought that we will stay there for 8 straight days but due to work, need to be in different places, but they are still great because they refunded the days that I did not book. Overall it is good, just be aware of the environment in the area because it is dark outside of the hotel. Definitely, I'll stay here again. I want to upload some pictures but due to privacy I rather not.

I Went there last Nov 30, I arrived at 7am from the airport, they didn't let me check in early because they said it was fully booked, the receptionist was still young and didn't understand that I needed to sleep and rest. I just came from Manila, not at all I was guided to where I could rest first, so I went to Mcdo to wait. My stay was ok, the place wasn't too fancy, it looked modern, the pool was shallow, I couldn't swim properly. I have issues with bfast, why not buffet? The hotel is fine and has The tenants' food was left in the labs of the floor, no one cleans it! I spent the whole day in the hallway with the plates still outside! Rating is 7/10. If I come back?, YES! I think this has the best location near downtown e. Thanks XYZ
