The room's air conditioning was too loud, almost like being on an airplane. There were no slippers, so you can bring your own. The toiletries weren't very complete either, and the facilities were a bit old. It wasn't good value for money.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, but overall the stay was disappointing. The air conditioning made a constant whirring noise whenever it was on, which made it hard to relax. The pillows were flat and flimsy, and the provided toiletries were empty upon arrival. Even the microwave was unusually loud when in use. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed—we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing through the walls. I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality for the price and brand reputation, but this stay did not meet those expectations.

Rooms were large, clean. Had fridge and microwave, close to where we needed to go while visiting Tacoma. Staff was kind and helpful. Only down side was restaurant not being open at certain times.

The staff is really great and the bed is quite comfortable. You really can’t beat the location if you’re working downtown or attending an event at the convention center.

Would have been all 5's if not for GPS taking me to the back of the hotel, confusing getting to the front, and the garage parking was confusing with 2 Marriotts right next to each other. All the time spent trying to figure out how to just get into the hotel caused me to be late to my event. Also breakfast was painful with not being able to order lunch at the stated time on the menu, we called ahead to order but still had to wait for them to start cooking when we went to pick it up because they didn't ask for the room number, eggs were cooked incorrectly, the cook left so couldn't initially fix the eggs yet we were still charged for them, and the bill was over-priced for what we got. Nice hotel, I would stay here again knowing what I know now about the parking and food.

This location was absolutely prime for my New Years Eve night. I was worried at first having a room next to the elevator, but it ended up being no problem at all. I didn’t hear anything in regard to the elevator or foot traffic. Everything was clean and cozy.

First, the hotel says it has parking, but it's actually $20/night. That said, the rooms/beds were very comfy. AC worked great and the beds were amazing. The main reason though for only 3 stars was the bistro. The Bistro is on the ground floor and seems to have a great menu. My friend and I were in town for a concert and decided it might be a better choice for a quick/simple meal at the bistro before hoping on the Link Train to get to the Tacoma dome. We had a little over an hour so we thought we were fine. It was expensive! $72 for 2 people (Cobb salad and Grilled Cheese/Tomato soup, which we planned to split both between us). We got one soda, a small side of fries, and two of their small cheesecake that's about half the size of a regular (small) piece you'd get at a restaurant. Anyways, we waited OVER AN HOUR. By that time we were late to get on the train, and we had to ASK about our food and wait 10 mins more before they brought it. When they brought it they forgot the drink, the fries AND the cheesecake. We SCARFED it down as fast as we could, which led to indigestion for me, and then had to wait longer to get our cheesecake in a to-go bag, and then I had to wait by the counter and ask twice in order to get the fries which we ended up giving to a stranger in the end cuz they were bland. The next morning my friend ordered breakfast and even though they gave her a number for her table, she had to ask about the coffee and it had just been left on the counter.

Room was old but clean. Very spacious which we loved. Would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for walking.
