My room had a cloged toilet, no open electrical in the room, and the open outlets in the bathroom and open area did not work. I need to charge my hearing aids overnight and I could not. Having a toilet that would not drain was a major inconvenience. Staff is fine and the premises were great, but my room makes it so I do not want to return. Sorry.

yes the room was very clean, great breakfast, nice clean soft towels and sheets on the bed good mattress for sleep

There was only one elevator working and being on the 6th floor was not an option to take the stairs. The toilets and sink both clogged easily. The staff was great and friendly.

Rooms were small Staff is what keeps that’s place running A few well used features that need a quick update

This is the second time I’ve been there and the hotel is fine, but the staff is always just so rude. Check in process is just glacial. By the time the woman came out to help me check in. She said it’s going to take a while because I have to process payment. I’m not sure what that meant. The booking was fully paid earlier, and I offered her a credit card to have on file for expenses.. but she was right it took a while

The facility was clean, we were treated well but just know I-5 faces the front and a big industrial area is behind it. The pool and hot tub are outside and unusable in winter months

The room needed several improvements. The bed mattresses were worn & squeaky. The electrical outlets were hanging off the wall by the coffee machine. The room needed a deeper cleaning. The hotel needed a spring cleaning.

Had to leave so dirty in the room staff was good refunded my next two days took pics of built up dirt and hotel was masking smell with strong cleaner you could taste
