Best place to be, went with my husband we were amazed. It was beautiful and quiet, just what we needed after a long day of shopping. 100% RECOMMEND

I couldn't show up for the booking because my dad was life flighted somewhere other than St Joseph's in tacoma where we were told he was being taken so that's where my mom booked the reservation with you guys and anyways serious life threatening situation/circumstances medically with my dad but you guys won't return my mom's money to her when we never even stayed there

Well, the facility is moderate for low budget and some how enjoyed few of the amenities you can get in a classic hotel

For the convenience of checking in during the concert, it is located next to the Tacoma Dome, very close, and the outside of the hotel is directly opposite the concert entrance gate. However, there were too many tourists in the hotel that day. When I entered the room, I found that it had not been cleaned, and I could not change rooms. I was given a meal bag for breakfast the next day. Apart from the convenient location for participating in the Tacoma Dome event, I would not recommend it at all.
