Very nice and clean hotel. They have strict Covid19 policy, and makes you safe.
Enjoyed the Onsen, big bath. It’s very big plus!
I forgot my card case, and they mailed it next day to my home with their pay. Really nice and great hospitality. Now I’m a big fan of their hotels!

今回はライブの為に宿泊しました。チェックイン後に夕食を外ですませ、戻るとすぐにお風呂と考えていましたが、女性の大浴場が順番待ちのため、1時間くらいまちました。
翌朝は、まず朝風呂で大浴場に入り、その後散歩して多賀城公園まで行き朝食、そしてまた大浴場入ってチェックアウトしました。ライブ前に塩竈神社へ行くこともできました。
場所もお値段も朝食も、そして何よりお風呂大好きな私にとって大浴場は嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

大浴場は良かったのですが 入浴の際はルームキーを入浴用のキーと交換してもらわければなりません。フロントが混んでいる場合すぐに入れないらしいので、そのシステムは改善されると良いと思いました。その他は
フロントの方の感じも良く好印象でした。

旅行のたびに、いつもぐっすり寝れないのですが、部屋の清掃が行き届いていて、朝まで良く寝れました。隣りの部屋の物音も聞こえず快適に過ごせました。朝のビュッフェも美味しく、大浴場も気持ち良かったです。大変お世話になりました。

夜八時過ぎのチェックインしたので、スタッフさんの雰囲気も朝に比べると愛想がなかった。でも朝、食事にいく際にフロントを見たら笑顔で対応していたので、こんな感じを求めてたと思いました。主人は気に入ったようなので、また利用するかも知れません。
