There is no room service, but you can buy something at the reception. The room is neat and tidy, the view from the room on the eighth floor is beautiful, but my only complaint is the air conditioner, I don’t know if it’s broken or I really can’t control the temperature, but the only available temperature is too cold

No quarto que fiquei apto 108 estava com lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, ar condicioando não regulava a temperatura, e no banheiro o chuveirinho do vaso estava vazando.

A estadia foi muito boa. O atendimento foi 10, mas o que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a cama e os travesseiros. Os cobertores usados, tanto na cama, quanto no travesseiro eram ruins, bem duros por sinal.

Mediano. Ao chegar no hotel e fazer o check-in, o atendente tentou me cobrar uma taxa extra de mais ou menos R$ 18,00 pelo check-in, dizendo que era uma taxa não cobrada pela Decolar, no entanto eu informei que a reserva não foi feita pela Decolar, e sim pela Trip. Eu me recusei a pagar e disse que contratei o pacote com todos os serviços pagos pela TRIP.
Ao entrar no quarto senti um cheiro forte parecido com cachorro molhado, provavelmente pelo carpete que pode ser antigo. Para quem tem crise alérgica, é melhor passar longe.
A piscina estava suja e passava a sensação de local abandonado sem cuidados, inclusive eu comentei sobre isso em voz alto no elevador e outro hospede concordou. Nas fotos parece tudo lindo, mas é meio largado.
