Thompson Suites High Street (Fort Victoria)

Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, they also have a washing machine that helped us a lot! 🙌🏽 I loved the view from the master bedroom & it's a 10m walk to our meeting venue. The hosts were so very understanding that they allowed us to check-in 2h early & they also provided a van to drop us off at the airport. 🤗 Hope I can be back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t be happier. The 1-bedroom suite was perfect—clean, quiet, and with fast WiFi. Having a kitchenette with an induction cooker was a huge plus for late-night meals. The 24-hour butler service via WeChat was super responsive and made everything easy. The daily housekeeping and complimentary airport transfer made my trip stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting BGC for business!

We definitely had a good stay here. The unit is very clean, smells good and spacious. We also enjoyed the massage chair. They also reply so quickly with our inquiries.

Nice experience. It wasn’t far aqay to have breakfast. The unit is clean and what you see in the picture is what you get. For me its an 8/10

Check-in was difficult. I had to wait in the lobby for more than two hours because they did not allow early check-in, even though I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving early. The elevator was a bit tricky and scary,maybe because the building was old. I pressed the ground floor button,but the elevator did not stop there and went straight down to the basement instead. A man tried to help me by tapping his card so I could go back up to the ground floor,but the elevator did not stop there again and went up to the 5th floor instead. Then another man on the 5th floor used his card to help me get back to the ground floor. It took me almost 25mins going up and down in the elevator. I felt so scared because I kept thinking about what would happen if there had been no one on the floors where the elevator stopped to help me. After that incident,I became scared of using the elevator alone,so I always asked the staff to tap the card for me,especially when I was going home at night. Because of these experiences, I probably will not stay here again.

What you see on the pictures? It’s totally opposite to reality as the place is not spacious at all and it is worn out furniture . One of the rooms did not have AC at all and it was unbearable . The building not well maintained and It’s very old building .

We booked a room for April 2026 in advance - in December 2025. When we arrived to check in, we were informed that overbooking had occurred and the room was already occupied. But they quickly offered another room and a transfer to it. The other room was nice, convenient location.
