The resort was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful ground floor room that looked out to the water. The staff was so very friendly and since Covid was still such an issue they really helped us with getting someone to come to the hotel to test us for our return back to the US. The food was wonderful. The buffet they had was a little overpriced, but you did have an amazing selection of food.

I had booked to stay here in April before the Covid 19 virus struck. When the island was locked down the hotel agreed to refund my stay. Despite contacting them many times over the months and promises it would be processed by their Reservations Manager and Hotel Manager nothing ever happened. I waited the 33 days of their lockdown and a further 90 working days as advised by Reservations Manager but still they did nothing. I then contacted my card issuer and invoked a chargeback against the hotel. Even during this time they had 45 days to either agree the chargeback or dispute it. Nothing was heard so the money was finally mine, over 7 months after I should have stayed. If this is is an example of their customer service before you arrive I dread to think what it's like once there. One this is for certain I'll never stay here.

Deplorable no refund since the COVID cancellation of April 17, 2019. At first I thought I could postpone this trip but COVID caught up with us again the following year then there were the vaccination obligations, and now the prices of cruises and airlines which have doubled or even tripled (but not my salary) in short I was never able to reschedule this trip No more response to emails. It’s shameful for an establishment of this standing.
