This is a gross place and the staff is anything but truthful the lie and talk smack when u complain about a refunds you have waited for for well over a week for a place you couldn't have ever stayed in this place is the last place I would ever recommend to anyone not even fit for the mice and bugs to stay in absolutely don't go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!not worth your money or time

My family and I refuse to have accommodations at this motel again. The accommodations wasn’t up to our standards. We weren’t comfortable with the hotel’s accommodations at all. I almost was sick to my stomach by the constant smell of the room. Nothing was done per the photographs. My whole perspective I won’t be back to this motel the owner and management and staff refuse to attend to the guests needs.

The worst I've stayed in. This used to be a pretty nice motel but in the last 2 years it has really gone down hill. Elevator has been broken apparently for 9 months according to other reviews . If I had read the other reviews I never would have chosen that for our motel for our yearly car show. Definitely will stay some where else in the future. Dirty, bugs, stink like moldy wet towels that had been used to dry dogs.

Upon arrival I was treated by a very friendly clerk. After my check in I learned the elevator was broken so there as no avoiding several trips up and down the stairs to and from the second floor. Once in my room I noticed the bathroom lights were burnt out so I went to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. The maintenance man came and had to rewire the entire bathroom lighting system. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the tv didn’t work so he brought me another one. So far my stay is not great.

The rooms aren’t cleaned the reservations weren’t kept. The whole motel looked unkept and unclean and breakfast and coffee was cold when it should’ve been hot. This motel refuses to honor the reservation that someone makes they charge more for one room than they do others and they don’t give discounts to military veterans either.

I came out of town to have surgery. The elevator didnt work so this was awful since I came to have a total knee replacement. There was a HUGE GREY TICK outside my door. No bath soap, no wash rags, no shampoo, and only 2 towels for 2 people. The roomed smelled of URINE!!!!! The guy checking us in said oh we dont have any rooms available down stairs. There were 5 nasty vehicles in the whole parking lot!!!!!! There isnt ma gold co****, NO horse back riding, NOTHING!!!!! DONT EVER STAY HERE. METH HOTEL FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!

Awful. So I got a non-smokingroom with two queens. Had two kids in tow. Saw there was breakfast and a pool. Cable. We were only staying two nights and got an awesome deal through Priceline. What could go wrong? Promised the kids the pool. Broken/unusable..but were promised it'd be fixed by morning. We were on the 2nd floor. Elevator broken. We'll just exercise and take the stairs. Once we got in the room? Some lights didn't work. Ok. Others did. Looked past that. But the bathroom door wouldn't latch or lock; freaking my 13yr old out because she wanted privacy to shower and use the bathroom without her 11yr old brother going in unexpectedly. It was late... told her not to freak out, keep the light on, close the door as much as she could and I'd talk to him about making sure we keep our distance and make privacy important. During the night, the AC wasn't functioning properly. We all sweat and were miserable. Ordered pizza, tried to make the best of it. Then. Crawling on the walls: roaches. Tried to kill them; missed. Eventually killed one and put it in a cup to show the staff. That was the last straw. Upon showing the staff; they said, "we just sprayed that room!" My dudes. It takes more than one spray to kill these MFing-roaches! They offered us a new room: king bed and pull out couch. Ok. We'll take the upgrade. Was told by the staff member that she personally cleaned it herself and hoped it was up to my standards. (I don't think complaining about roaches is above anyone's standards)... breakfast was soggy. Pool and elevator continued to be broken and unusable. And that new clean room? Someone's tank top was on the floor under the ironing board...so how well was it actually cleaned? Would not stay again. My son kept getting promised the pool would be available each time we left; only to come back and it still wasn't. Roaches. Yeah. Just no.
