Reviews of Basecamp Tahoe City

Nicely refreshed motor lodge. Location is ideal.  Rooms were functional and clean. Simple, with some nice touches like s’mores packages and nice fire pits. Outdoor spaces were not otherwise inviting or well maintained.   Service was pretty perfunctory. A glamping take that works for a few nights.

The lobby receptionists were awesome! Very friendly, kind and helpful. The location was super, we walked everywhere and it was a quick drive to go skiing at Squaw. We enjoyed the lobby tables to play games and the HH beers. We will be back!
