Hampton by Hilton Taian City Center

I had a great experience staying at the Hampton by Hilton Tai'an Central during my recent trip to climb Mount Tai. The location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, generally good, perfect for getting some much-needed rest after a tiring climb. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted nice. The only downside was the laundry room. It felt like there wasn't a dedicated attendant or perhaps they weren't properly trained. I put my clothes in to wash in the morning, and when I woke up in the evening, I found them sitting in the 'washed' basket, still damp and a bit smelly. Luckily, I had brought an extra change of clothes, otherwise, I would have had nothing to wear. I'd suggest they look into improving this aspect.

The room was super clean, and the service was excellent. They have a pool, laundry room, and parking, which is really convenient. Exceeded my expectations!

Great location and excellent service! The front desk staff were incredibly thorough during check-in, and the breakfast was superb. They even upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise! The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy. Hope they can improve that!

This is my second time visiting Tai'an, and I chose to stay at this hotel again. It's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and a night market, so finding food is a breeze. The breakfast was pretty good too, and all the staff provided service with a smile. The front desk lady even gave me a small souvenir charm, and another staff member kindly helped me check the operating status of the Mount Tai cable car. They were all very warm and helpful!

The hotel surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The rooms are high-end, spacious, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast is a great value, with a rich variety of options and all sorts of drinks. It's close to scenic spots, making it easy to catch a taxi, and there's a shopping mall nearby.
