Excellent! **Ambiance:** Great **Service:** Warm and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. Especially the cleaning staff – their warmth made me feel right at home. I truly didn't want to leave. Parking is convenient, and dining options are readily available. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience, thumbs up!

Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient. The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus! Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too. All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command. But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom.

Great location. Easy access to all the sites from the buses just outside the hotel. Love the porridge serve as snake in the evening.

The amenities were fine, just normal. My room particularly smelt of smoke, not cigarettes, but like they'd had a major fire in there. It was quite strong and overwhelming. The view from the room was nice and there were many places to eat nearby
