Homeinn Plus Hotel (Tai'an Beishanggao Street Wuyue Plaza)

I booked a room in advance, and the order showed that I could check in at 12 o'clock. I drove for more than 6 hours from Beijing and was very tired. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I could not check in. They said that the previous guests checked out late and asked us to wait. They ignored me and asked me why I should bear the consequences of your hotel's problems? I had no choice but to pay extra for the room upgrade. The front desk clerk was unapologetic and had a cold tone during the process! The facilities in the room were okay, the mattress was very comfortable, and the hygiene was also good. However, the water in the bathroom smelled bad, which made me feel sick when I brushed my teeth in the morning! Another thing is that the hotel's soundproofing is extremely poor. I don't know what the hotel is doing at night. The clanging and banging is very noisy. That's all I have to say. Home Inn is a budget hotel, so you can't expect too much.

Cleanliness was average, with greasy spots on the table that hadn't been cleaned. Other Home Inns usually provide breakfast, but this one refused, forcing us to buy it. At 38 per person, the breakfast was a poor value. Before checking in, I wasn't informed that there was a wedding the next morning, and I was woken up at 6 a.m. The room was extremely soundproofed! I called the front desk to complain, but they only apologized and didn't do anything. They didn't even offer earplugs. Overall, the hotel's exterior is acceptable, but the internal management is disorganized. The staff's customer service attitude is negative!

訂的家庭房，兩個房間，都很寬敞，馬桶無異味，淋浴水大，空調沒有聲音，特別讚的是洗衣服，有專門工作人員負責，衹要把衣服送到洗衣房就不用管了，工作人員會洗好烘乾摺好，讓機器人送到房間，我住過那麼多家酒店，這是唯一一家提供這麼好服務的，太讚了

服務暖到心裏！從入住到退房全程舒心，前台熱情周到，還會主動幫忙拿行李，退房的時候也可以寄存行李，住的很舒心

這次入住泰安如家精選酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須好好誇誇！ 先説最讓我驚喜的床墊，軟硬度真的剛剛好，像是陷進了雲朵裏一樣，旅途的疲憊躺上去瞬間就緩解了。晚上睡得特別沉，連夢都少了，第二天起來渾身輕鬆，完全沒有住酒店常有的那種腰痠背痛的感覺，這一點真的太加分了！ 再説説房間衞生，細節控表示非常滿意。桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，摸上去沒有一點灰塵；床單被罩乾淨整潔，帶着淡淡的清香，一看就是認真換洗過的；連衞生間的角落都打掃得很到位，鏡子擦得鋥亮，洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊，讓人住得特別安心舒服。 而且酒店位置也挺方便的，樓下就有超市買東西都不用跑太遠。前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，辦理入住退房都很麻利。總之，這次入住體驗遠超預期，下次來泰安肯定還選這兒，已經把它加入我的寶藏酒店清單啦！

這次住得非常滿意！酒店位置很好，出門去各個景點都很方便。前台小姐姐態度超好，辦入住快，問啥都耐心回答。房間乾淨亮堂，床睡得特別香，浴室水又大又熱乎，暴走一天回來泡個澡太解乏了！WiFi也挺快。反正該有的都挺好，沒啥可挑的，價格也合適，下回還來！
