Front desk is very helpful. The room is basic but has all needed for a nice stay at the top of the mountain. The property is beautiful though.

Far better than we expected. Genuinely helpful staff, had no issues dealing with foreign passports, and made sure we had working heat when the temperature outside dropped suddenly.

Nice room. What you see in the picture is what you get. Bathroom is just ok. Very nice staff allowed us to late checkout so we could explore the mountain top for the following day. All in all a good experience

We loved it! Got a free upgrade and the room was super nice! They also do a tour in the morning to see sunrise! Can highly recommend!
The room is spacious but there was a lot of hair on the floor and insects inside the room. The towels were super small. When I asked for bigger towels, they gave me more small towels. There was no bath towel.

The hotel is located on the top of Taishan where good places are rare. The room was this time incredibly expensive and the quality is just soso. I used it for several years but for the high price I would carefully check before reconsidering. You get a clean bed, a warm shower and a toilet for the high price.
Otherwise, Taishan gets more and more crowded over the last 10 years and I felt there were too many people this time, especially in the morning hours. This year it was cloudy, so no sunrise.
The hotel should offer the room only together with a day ticket from HongMen (Red Gate). When we arrived at 2:00 pm the tickets where all sold out and we were forced to take the bus to the middle station although we wanted to walk.

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

To visit mount Tai in the morning, it is convenient to stay in the hotel. They have the morning sunrise tour but the day was foggy so we didn’t go. The hotel room is small but clean, exceeding our expectations for a hotel in the mountains

It was easy to find, and easy to check in with a passport. The room was quite a bit larger than I expected, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom had good wet and dry separation.

The hotel is in dire need of closure. It is incredibly outdated and has a persistent, unpleasant odor. There is mold on the walls, windows that don't fully shut, hair all over the floor, and the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The wardrobe couldn't be opened because of the terrible smell inside. I only stayed because it was the only option available at the top of the mountain. I'm shocked that Trip.com charged £110 for a night in such unacceptable conditions. This hotel should not be in operation.
