Staying at Atour this time was such a pleasant experience! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was soothed by the warm tea fragrance. The front desk service was excellent and efficient; check-in was a breeze. The facilities and equipment in the room were also very well-maintained. The 24-hour Zhuju bookstore on the first floor of the lobby was a cozy spot to read, and the free laundry room with a dryer feature took care of all my dirty clothes. What truly touched me was the hot bowl of congee served late at night – so warm and thoughtful! It really changed my perception of hotels; it's not just about the room, but also about the meticulous care they provide. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next trip!

I'm a big fan of Atour's artistic vibe! The Bamboo Library in the lobby offers free books and coffee, and the air freshener in the room is subtle and pleasant. The bedding is so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The staff are soft-spoken and gentle, making the check-in experience feel as relaxed as coming home.
