Solid for the money. Bed was not the softest but better than most firm Chinese brand hotels. Unfortunately, breakfast was down at the time I stayed. Smart features were good and TV has English options. Pro tip: toilet has a night light and a bottom flush button.

The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, very close to Wuyang Plaza and Wanda Plaza. Parking is also easy. The room was clean and quiet at night, which was really comfortable. The front desk staff had a great attitude and perfectly resolved any issues I had.

The room was very quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The customer service was also great; they even told me where to park the car.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I absolutely love it here. It's not too far from Taicang Station, and there's a KFC and Starbucks nearby. The staff provides excellent service, and the hotel is very clean. My only minor issue was that the bathroom drain was a bit slow, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Go for it! This hotel is a no-brainer. Its downtown location means it's surrounded by large shopping malls, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The cleanliness is impeccable, with thorough housekeeping. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and hot water is instantaneous. The facilities are complete and modern, Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the service is attentive yet unobtrusive. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

Really great place if you want to stay in Taicang. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are really modern and smart, with automatic curtains lol. :) However the rooms are not super large and especially the space around the sink is a bit limited. But the loveliness combined with the advanced interior make this a really special place!
