I just want to tell that they need to improve their service specially breakfast and they are not accomodating a foreigner. The staff in front desk are very impolite so needs to report them to the suoervisor of the hotel

I stayed here on a business trip. The price was quite favorable, but the service was really bad. I checked in very late just to take a shower, answer letters and have a good rest. Unexpectedly, the water was not hot enough. It said that wifi was provided but it could not be connected. The connection to the next room was as slow as in ancient times. This is not suitable for a business hotel. The bed was very soft, but it felt like the whole bed was about to collapse when I turned over. The sound from next door was still loud in the middle of the night. As a result, I didn't sleep at all the whole night. When I checked in, I asked them to call a car the next morning, but I didn't expect that the front desk didn't know about it in the morning ((((meaning the front desk didn't record it at all at night))). It was a very bad stay experience. I heard from family members who lived with me: The breakfast was also very bad. It tastes terrible, not at all like what the internet said.

The attitude of the male service staff at the counter is not good. Check out must be done before 11 am. Even on weekdays, they cannot accommodate check out before 12 pm at the latest. Compared with other hotels, it is too unreasonable.

The environment and sanitation are very clean inside, the location is very good, it is worth recommending.

The room is clean and spacious, quiet at night, the bed is soft and you can sleep peacefully, the shower water pressure is high and hot water is available immediately, the front desk staff is friendly, although it is Chinese breakfast on weekdays, not McDonald's, but it is also delicious, there are not many parking spaces, so you can go shopping by car Fengjia Night Market, there was no parking space when I came back after 11pm. Fortunately, there is parking space on the roadside, and the check-in experience is very comfortable (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

There is no door in the toilet, and the smell of the toilet wafts out. It is bad; it is poorly designed. There is a fire-like red light directly above the sleeping head, which cannot be turned off. It is impossible to sleep well at all. I can only cover my eyes with a towel.

You don’t have to worry about running out of food. The bed is very comfortable and big. The room is very spacious and the decoration is good.

After check-in, the room did not match the photo. There was no window. After opening the refrigerator, I found mold and felt very uncomfortable. Later, I learned that China National Travel Service provided a subsidy to stay at the hotel for only NT$500. I made an appointment with a friend to eat seafood across from the hotel, so my friend recommended that I stay there next time I come to Taichung.
