Feel Comfortable when staying at the hotel

Located close to Taichung Station with many local restaurants and convenience stores. Room is very clean and hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has many plants inside the lobby and it is very nearby from the station, just walk straight about 5-8mins. there is many restaurants outside the hotel and there is a convenient store nearby. I booked with breakfast when i went to restaurant , the staff said that we don't have.However we have the breakfast at last, not many choose of breakfast, both is the local food in Taiwan like 蘿蔔糕， 肉燥麵和粥。 The 蘿蔔糕tastes quite good.

Excellent location with lots of food within walking distance, especially breakfast shops. A stone's throw from the train station and some attractions. The room is simple but fulfils basic needs, bedding is comfortable even though only 2 pillows (but they're good pillows!). Booked because the toilet has a bidet, which is helpful in Taiwan where you can't flush toilet paper down the loo. Staff are polite and helpful when approached.

Hotel room looks the same as advertised. One downside is they do not have a lift that goes to the basement car park. Will have to climb the stairs to the hotel lobby.

The environment is great and the service attitude is great~ As soon as you enter the hotel entrance, the counter comes to greet you and help guests check in, and the counter service is 24 hours ☺️👍

The location is very good. Walk straight to the direction of Dazhi Road from Taichung Station until you can take the Taiwan Railway back to Taichung Station in the evening. It is also easy to recognize. It is quite unique (elderly people + pushing strollers + pulling luggage are recommended to go to Taroko first and then cross the road) It is easier to walk across the road from Yongquan Pharmacy) You don’t have to worry about eating or drinking. It’s very convenient. The hotel lobby has no lighting and there are sofas for guests to rest and there are umbrellas that can be borrowed, which is very considerate. I won’t comment since I haven’t been to the restaurant. The hotel staff are very proactive in helping open the door and are very enthusiastic. The service is very good. praise Regarding the room, this time I chose a standard room for four people. There is actually not enough room to open three suitcases, one large and one small. Otherwise, you have to walk to the door. I have been studying the shower switch in the bathroom for a long time and almost had to call to ask how to use it (maybe it’s my own problem that I don’t touch it much, haha). The water pressure is fine, but the thermostat is a bit unstable. It makes noise when I shower (no I’m sure it’s the exhaust or the water heater.) It’s so noisy that I even wore earplugs to hear it. The toilet flushing is not very good and needs to be improved. Not to mention the soundproofing. I heard the sound of people next door taking clothes hangers (a bit exaggerated, right?!) and the corridors were stuffy and cramped. Anyone passing by could hear it. The room hygiene is not very good. This is my first time staying in a hotel and I am allergic to the quilt when sleeping (it’s really a bit serious). Not to mention anti-theft. You don’t need a card to enter the elevator. The room only has a lock with the room card. a bit worrying The price is not proportional to the services provided. There is no CP value to speak of To be honest, I won't consider staying here again

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is very convenient. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Taichung Railway Station. The hotel has an industrial style. The lobby is very comfortable and there are a lot of seats for people to sit in. The front desk staff is very helpful. They are kind, courteous and friendly. They will greet you kindly every day when entering and leaving the hotel. The room is quite large and I like it the best without carpet. I feel the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I sleep very comfortably every day. In the morning, there is a buffet on the weekends. On other days, we dine a la carte. The restaurant is cute and comfortable. There is Tailuguo Shopping Mall and Jialefu near the hotel. It is so convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Taichung.

The service was not good. After staying for two days, the housekeeping staff did not even help us re-make the bed. The supply of supplies is still low, so they are not very willing to ask them to make extra supplies.

The location is very good, but the details in the hotel still need to be improved 1. When checking in, I was asked if I needed to tidy up the room. I was told that I didn’t need it, but I was still asked to enter the room to tidy up. 2. The car was parked in a special parking lot and the license plate was registered at the counter, but the door could not be recognized twice, causing delays in the trip. 3. There will be water accumulation in front of the sink in the toilet in the room after taking a shower.

The location of the hotel is great. There are train stations, LaLaport, and Taroko Department Store nearby. There are also many snacks. There is also a dedicated parking lot and a special parking lot, so you don't have to worry about driving without a parking space.

The room was very clean and new! The equipment is industrial style and very beautiful. It is very close to the back station of Taichung Railway Station. There are many food nearby and the environment is very safe. It is very suitable for women traveling alone!
