When we returned to the hotel around 11 or 12 o'clock because we were out, we found that the door was automatically locked and could not be opened with the door card. We asked a waiter to open the door. After waiting for ten minutes, I took my luggage downstairs. There was someone at the front desk, and they knew we were going to check out. They said we were one hour late and would charge NT$300 as service fee.
