Most of the staffs are friendly and so helpful. Except for one female receptionist, I found her a bit rude and not helping at all. Due to the typhoon on 27 July, I was thinking to extend my room, she just rudely said that my room already booked so unable to extend n she didn't even trying to give more assistance.
When I asked if there's other available twin room. She continued rudely said that they have n I need to check out at 11am and checkin again at 3pm. this type of receptionist has no people service attitude. She not suitable to be a receptionist.
The room without window is clean but quite smelly, not sure what smell is that. First time encounter something like this.
Even when stayed in 2 different hotels without window back in Taipei the room was fine.
