Holiday Inn Express Taichung Park

Good Location to Bus station and to Night Market. Its also next to a major bus transport if you wish to travel to outskirt of the city in taichung. The hotel is also located in an outlet mall. The Breakfast spread is good daily.

The room is comparatively big. Breakfast, customer service and amenities are also good. Will sure stay this hotel again if coming next time to Taichung.

The service was excellent!! Left my jacket accidentally during check-out and I was already on my way to Taipei. Love their efficiency and they heard about my situation and was kind enough to mail it to my hotel stay in Taipei 💕

A free and easy night and the staff's warm hospitality further elevated a wonderful experience during my stay with the usual ********* hospitality. By the way, it’s 10mins walk to Taichung Train Station.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient, just next to the bus/taxi booking shop/station to Nantou. Breakfast was good and it’s great that there’s a laundry room for guests to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

First, I was given a room with no windows, and the curtains open up with a full view of the lift lobby, when everyone waiting at the elevator can see me stark naked. For the standard room every hotel in Taiwan would provide toiletries - razor, comb toothbrush, lotion, etc. But I was asked on checking in which of these items I don't have with me, They keep strictly to the checkin time of 3:00 pm and check-out 12:00 pm, even they have plenty of available rooms. I asked for a slight extension for check-out at 1:00 pm, but was not entertained. It's no big deal I just need a little time more to return after lunch. It's all about profit maximisation at this hotel with no hospitality what-so ever.

The hotel is located quite a distance away from the TRA station and shopping malls but bus stops are within walking distance. Buses to Nantou is located right beside the hotel, suitable for tourists making a trip to Sun Moon Lake or Qingjing Farm etc. Breakfast is not bad with some variety. There is also a vending machine with food and drinks for convenience and free coffee/tea available 24/7. Coin laundry is also available but doesn't have a timer.

The location is not bad, just on above a mall and walking distance to night market
