The hotel is very new, the price on Trip.com is very good, the room is larger than the average hotel, the facilities are good, the room rate includes breakfast, the breakfast is rich and has many choices, the service of the catering staff is excellent. There is a children's playroom on the second floor. The activity center includes a large naked bathing area for men and women, a gym, etc. Free beer, juice and cookies are provided. The hotel is located in a remote and quiet area. It costs about NT$150 by taxi from Taichung Xinwuri High Speed ​​Rail Station and is a 7-minute walk from Taiwan Railway Chenggong Station, 400 meters away. There is room for improvement for the counter staff.

Had a splendid stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of our room. The nearby area is beautiful, making it a perfect location for a getaway. Our room featured an in-room hot spring, which was a fantastic addition, especially in such cold weather. The food offered a wide variety of options; however, it could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place, but I advise booking your transportation or the shuttle service in advance for a smoother experience.

Pretty clean room. Spacious and good location. Beside hotel has fast food and 7 eleven. Few restaurants nearby. Just lack of lighting at wardrobe area

Location - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour

Stayed in Amman room, the room is very new, with everything you need But there are some areas that can be improved 1. The room is quite big and includes KTV But there is only a box of tissues on the bedside The toilet only has toilet paper rolls in the toilet area It really drives me crazy. I have to walk back and forth to the bedside to draw it. Or you have to carry that box around everywhere, first take it to the KTV, put on makeup and take it off, then take it to the bathroom, and then take it back to the bedside. I think it doesn't have to be this way. Save money😂😂Wouldn't it be better to make things more convenient for the people? 2. The bathroom door needs to be pushed to the exact middle position to close, otherwise it will open by itself, and the door makes a really loud noise. This design is a bit inconvenient and confusing 3. The breakfast in the morning is really not tasty. Should I order from another restaurant or simply not provide breakfast? It doesn't matter, because you also have a mandatory rule that it will be placed at the garage door after 8 o'clock. People who sleep late will definitely get dry and cold when they get up to eat. The above is sincere advice, but overall it is still a car travel company with a very high CP value, and I hope it will get better and better.

A great accommodation experience. I stay here for one night every month to relax. The room is large and clean with no smell. I enjoy the jacuzzi + SP oven + A. The KTV is large and convenient for ordering songs. The sound is good.

It’s definitely for young adults, not a comfy, elegant hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. I stayed there with a friend so that’s alright for a 2 night, price wise. Had to grab Uber everywhere we go, there’s a karaoke place next door, haven’t tried it though.

The outdoor environment is very beautiful and has a great sense of design. The natural environment makes people relax. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke when you first entered the room. Although it was not too serious, because I was traveling with children, I was very concerned about them inhaling second-hand and third-hand smoke, so I sprayed a lot of forest disinfectant. After I left and came back after dinner, I didn't smell it anymore. (The customer service at the door said that next time if there is a smell of smoke when entering the room, you can report it directly to them for processing) The bathroom is very big and has a sense of design. The overall cleaning is pretty good. One point was deducted because there were mosquitoes disturbing everyone's sleep that day. Later, we sprayed a lot of spray and it got much better (but I used up 1/3 of the can of spray 😂). Also, I had a small rash after using the jacuzzi, but none of my family members had it, so it might be that I have sensitive skin. As for sleeping, I hardly got any sleep the whole night because the children couldn’t sleep well and woke up in the middle of the night due to the heat. I was a little scared by the occasional small noise from the bathroom exhaust fan (the adults thought it was okay, and combined with the sound of wind and rain in the middle of the night, they thought it was normal). The blue light from the mosquito trap also affected their sleep, so the children kept waking up and falling asleep, and the adults naturally couldn’t sleep well. My husband said the bed was a bit too soft, but it was acceptable and he slept well. Overall it's pretty good. The kids like the overall design and facilities of the room (you can see it on YT). There are also many snacks, so they are super happy 🥳. I hope to patronize again. In addition, the service is very good, and they care about the safety of the guests. They will ask and pay attention to the entry and exit, and they also attach great importance to our opinions. It's great 👍 It deserves five stars!

A 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.
