I’ve been staying at this hotel many times since 2024. Manager Maya is excellent at handling guests and groups, while Restaurant Manager Mr Mohammad is very proactive and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a mosque and a mall.

Everything was fine with hotel, amenities and location. The issue with hotel is parking its too tight or over occupied Rest is nice and peaceful area if you are getting a good deal that good. The main issue I faced was the room size specified on trip.com was 64m² and but actually the room was way too small, had it been provided as specified it would had been my excellent stay.

It's a very nice place where I spent my married life. It's clean and in a beautiful location, but the soundproofing is a bit weak, otherwise everything is fine.

Quiet location, excellent location. The hotel lacks a change in the entertainment system, and I mean the television channels.

The location is good, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and ATMs. There is an open space at the door for free parking. However, there is no gym, and breakfast is only open for self-service after a certain number of rooms are occupied (there are also few dishes to choose from), otherwise it is egg pancakes + three small pancakes. The wireless network signal above the second floor is not good. It is still okay if you only stay for three or two days, and you can try another hotel if you stay longer.

Really amazing

Generally, the rooms are old, the bathroom facilities are not good, the location is good, not far from the mall, 5 minutes walk. The wireless network in some rooms is very poor, almost no signal.

Room was very spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Breakfast was nicely setup with quite a variety of options. Arabic coffee with dates as well as infused lemon water provided at lobby. Hotel is conveniently located. There is a mall few mins away and lots of shops few mins walk away. The old town and Ibnu Abbas mosque is around 20 to 30 mins walk away. Everything was great but I wished the staffs could be more helpful. We inquired on the cable car. The staff on duty just gave us a flat "no, don't know" and that's it. No trying to get the information for us or checking it out for us. Also, after checking out and collecting our luggages, we requested the staff on duty to arrange cab or transport to airport. The staff on duty, just told us, " sorry, you have to get a cab yourself. We don't arrange for you. You can walk to the main road or mall and hail a cab. I asked the staff to book any car as I do not have any app to book but the staff still give a flat no and insisted we walk out to hail a cab ourselves. We walk all the way to the Mall and frantically looking for cab as we were running late to catch our flight. It took some time and we finally managed to get a car to drive us back to the hotel to get our luggages and then drive us to the airport in time for our flight. In all my travels, never had I encountered a hotel who asked the guest to find a cab themselves. All hotels so far were able to either book a taxi or arrange a private car for us. If the hotel can train the staffs to be more service oriented, it would be great
