杯子上面有污漬，房間有蒼蠅，衞生間的水盆涼水正常熱水很小，告知前台，前台讓保潔過來看，保潔説修不了，浴室比較小，浴房門的膠條都掉了半截，洗澡就流到浴室都是水，還沒有地巾，洗澡後地很滑，差點摔倒，問酒店要地巾，酒店表示從來沒有這東西，叫保潔員拿拖布拖一下，保潔員説沒有這層鑰匙，就拿一次性拖鞋隨手颳了刮水，告訴我先別用衞生間，等幹了在用，不然穿這種不防滑的一次性拖鞋容易滑倒，尷尬不尷尬，臨睡前去衞生間都得扶着點東西，不然不小心就得摔倒，不建議長者小孩入住，除非不洗澡！

設施：二樓有餐廳，團購168十個菜，味道好經濟實惠，這個價格太便宜了，房間乾淨衞生，早餐花樣多營養均衡，一百三十多的房間真的賺到了
