Lightness Hotel

The location is near bus stop, train station, and shopping mall.

Perfect location so close to the station and walking distance from most sites in the city centre. Cozy and comfortable room for my needs, big window, which means bright but also little privacy. The furniture is simple and slightly worn, but that’s fine. Very kind staff.

Staff were so willing to help, and the location was great. Clean. BUT the lack of a fridge, small room and bad layout limited the usefulness of this room.. . No consistent hot water in the shower and lifts did not work after 10pm. Office also closed from 10pm to 10 am. For the amount of money paid this was far below expectations and far below the standards of similar priced hotels we have stayed in. Also did not meet review expectations.. Feel a partial refund is warranted

Thank you for the staff to helping us during check in process. Thank you for the room service to let us stay comfortably. Staffs are friendly. I love the location as easy to find 24 hours laundry shop also.

The front desk lady Ouyang Xiu'e is very friendly and helpful. She helped us find out how to get to ten drums village. Also the young front desk (forget to ask his name) is also polite and helpful. The room is very neat and clean. Location is very close to the railway station.
