Upon arriving at the hotel, I found out from the front desk that the underground parking lot was under renovation and not open to guests. This led to guests and even those just dining having to compete for outdoor parking, which was often full. The room facilities were very old, and the bathroom drainage was poor, often leading to standing water. The breakfast sushi selection was not only limited, but the staff responsible for it didn't even bother to refill it for guests. It completely ruined my holiday mood.

This hotel really made me fall in love with it the first time I stayed there. Whether it is the clean and comfortable room, the gentle and friendly service staff, or the rich and delicious breakfast, every detail makes people feel the care. The location is convenient and the transportation is convenient, which is very suitable for both business trips and travel. What I like most is the scenery outside the window. I feel good when I wake up every day. I can't wait to go back and stay there again. I really recommend it to all travelers who like quality and warmth.

I booked a family room for 6-7 thousand yuan but ended up being a complete disappointment. The room was not big, the water in the bathroom wouldn't drain away and the elderly almost slipped... This was the most unacceptable thing. When I put a suitcase under the table, dust flew up. How long had it been since anyone had lived there? The door is old and the chairs are dusty. Apart from the good breakfast with many choices, I really won't stay here again.

The hotel is poorly maintained and cleaned. The air in the room is not fresh and there is a lot of dust on the door. For a 5-star hotel, the room rate is about HK$1,100 per night without breakfast, which is really unreasonable. I will not recommend it to my friends.
