The scenery is absolutely stunning! It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll, unwinding, or taking some great photos for your social media. The whole park/attraction is really well-maintained and clean, and the flow of the layout is very smooth. Spending an afternoon here is incredibly therapeutic. I highly recommend visiting in the **early morning or late afternoon**; the light is most beautiful then, creating a fantastic atmosphere for photos. Definitely a great addition to your itinerary!

Service: The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing 24-hour service, and check-in was efficient. Cleanliness: The room was generally clean and comfortable, and the bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was large and very tidy. Location: Excellent! Within a 3-minute walk to Guohua Street and Hai'an Road, surrounded by convenient food options. Facilities: Includes a mini-fridge and water dispenser. The only minor points are that the sink is a bit small, and due to environmental policies, disposable amenities are not provided.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable with a convenient location. The only minor drawback is that the parking lot is in a different spot, but it's not too far. Parking costs 200 NTD per entry, with unlimited ins and outs. Recommended.

Only for the brave, I was a bit scared. It's quite old, and the doors slam loudly. The environment was below my expectations. If you're looking for something cheap and cheerful, then it might be for you. I won't say much more.

Awesome! Great location too. It's a short walk to Guohua Street. I recommend trying Qicheng Migwo. After your meal, you can also take a stroll through the West Market. There are lots of food stalls and shops to browse. On your way back, you can conveniently grab some tea from Qingshan Tea Shop.

The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk to Haian Road Art Street, the bustling Guohua Street, Zhengxing Street for a leisurely stroll, and the waterfront Hele Plaza! There's an underground parking lot nearby on Haian Road, so parking is quite easy. The hotel also has two paid parking spaces, which need to be booked in advance and are a bit pricey, but convenient! It used to be Pinji Hotel, then Ningshui Cultural Hotel, and now it's called Weil Cultural Hotel, but the basic layout remains similar. They no longer provide single-use toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own! You can also purchase them on-site (around NT$20 each). There's a PX Mart, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven just around the corner, making it convenient to buy snacks, drinks, and daily necessities! The hotel has a water dispenser for drinking water. The room rate offers good value for money on weekdays, but prices are higher on weekends! There are also scooter parking spaces right outside. The room furniture is well-arranged, with a TV, mini-fridge, clothes rack, hairdryer, etc. The bathroom is spacious and not cramped, and the hot water supply is normal. However, the sink is a bit small, and water tends to splash out. This time, we stayed in a triple room again, and two nights were okay. I just kept noticing an intermittent musty smell in the bathroom, which I recommend they check.

The room size was perfectly adequate for my daughter and me. It had a window, which provided good natural light during the day. When we first entered, there was a slightly stuffy smell, but it disappeared after we opened the window to air it out. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. There was some noise, but I think that's unavoidable. It was very convenient that we could park our rented scooter right outside the door.

The soundproofing is really poor. I didn't pay much attention to what other reviewers said, but on the first night, the air conditioning above the bed hummed even when turned down low. I could hear the fan from the bathroom next door whenever the light was turned on, and also the sound of their toilet door closing. I could even hear noises from the floors above and below. Because of this, I didn't fall asleep until 2 AM on the first night. I had no choice but to buy earplugs to get some sleep. The floor laminate was peeling, the desk veneer was chipped, and the kettle was covered in dust. For a three-night stay, they only provided three bottles of water. If you needed more water, you had to go to the first floor to use the dispenser yourself. The faucet on the bathroom sink wobbled when used. Basically, there are no special amenities. There was only one person at the front desk, and check-in time is quite late, starting at 5 PM (though I knew this beforehand). The bed was relatively clean, but there was only one pillow which wasn't very supportive, making it hard to sleep. The only upside is its proximity to Guohua Street.

The room was clean, and I really liked the bright lighting. The service was good; we arrived about half an hour early, and the front desk staff said the room was ready and let us check in immediately. However, the location isn't great. Around 2 or 3 AM, there were people singing downstairs and some drinking and talking very loudly. The soundproofing definitely needs improvement. The luggage storage was also very casual; it was just left in an unattended area where anyone could access it.
