The service is friendly and attentive, definitely worth a visit. A must-stay cultural hotel in Tainan. There are free snacks on the first floor. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning is cool, unlike what others say about poor soundproofing; we had a comfortable stay.

1. I thought they just didn't provide disposable toiletries, but there wasn't even hand soap! :( 2. There was only one trash can in the entire quad room, and the front desk said they couldn't provide an extra one. :( 3. The lobby is super comfortable! I loved buying food from the night market or nearby and eating it there. 4. If you book this room type, be aware that the air conditioning blows directly on your head! However, after I brought it up to the front desk, they helped us resolve the issue.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The entire environment is incredibly spacious and bright, and it's kept spotless, making for an exceptionally comfortable and reassuring stay. Every single staff member was friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel so welcome. The biggest surprise was the free, exquisite coffee, tea, and local specialty snacks provided in the lobby on the ground floor. The attention to detail truly shines through everywhere. The value for money is outstanding, and I would definitely love to visit again!

We originally booked a triple room, but the hotel upgraded us to a quad room when we checked in, which was great! The room was very spacious, and the bed was huge! The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was excellent.

The newly renovated space is overall comfortable and clean. The interior has minimal furniture, allowing for more walking space. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, and there's no musty smell. The blinds are complemented by an extra blackout curtain, ensuring guests can rest properly. Each floor also has a water dispenser, which shows great attention to detail.

Facilities: Everything you need is available. Self-service laundry costs extra. There's no bottled water, so you need to bring your own kettle from the room to the self-service laundry area by the elevator to get water. Cleanliness: Spotless, not a speck of dust. Environment: Right outside, there are all sorts of snack stalls and restaurants, and 50嵐 (50 Lan) bubble tea is right at the entrance. Service: It's okay, quite an eco-friendly service!

Excellent hotel! The design is super stylish and the rooms are very comfortable with a lot of taste. The price is fantastic too. The location is perfect, just a ten-minute walk to the station, and there are tons of great food options right around the hotel.

The Papo'a Hotel is brand new, so it's very clean overall. The decor is quite modern but also incorporates some ********* retro elements. The location is quite convenient, about a 12-minute walk from Tainan Station. It's also only about a 5-minute walk to Chihkan Tower, a popular attraction.
