The location of the homestay is located in a busy area, but it is also quiet amidst the noise. The owner is very enthusiastic and caring. There are many facilities available in the homestay, which is very convenient. The tea bags prepared by the boss are very popular.
The room is also very clean, the bed is good to sleep, and I have a good night's sleep. Very recommended.

之前在九月時到台南找朋友，正好訂到這家
本身訂單人房但驚喜的被升級成雙人房了。房間很大很寬敞，床也挺好睡的。
整體房間是清潔乾淨的，有好好打掃過，只是有時會在牆邊看到一點點螞蟻。沒記錯樓下有洗衣機跟乾衣機可借，也有洗衣粉提供，不過我只留兩天就沒需要用
老板人挺好的，東西擺放的位置之類有講很清楚，遇到問題想求助也可以用賴即時聯絡老闆
位置很方便，大部分公車站牌都在附近，出去玩不用走很遠

沒有電梯，沒有事先告知，到了入住時刻，才發現自己要扛著行李上二樓，雖然晚上8:30屋主主動協助扛上二樓，但隔天上午7:00，只能自己扛著下樓梯，對於近日膝蓋扭傷正在復原的住客我來說，簡直是雪上加霜，返途到家，加重了膝蓋的傷勢；近十年來第一次遇到民宿沒電梯，像是踩到地雷，被炸到不行，希望該客棧未來要事先告知登記住客沒有電梯裝置，由住客自行決定是否入住此客棧，後果自負；此外，房間留有人的汗臭味及體味，很難呼吸，因為來不及換客棧，只能忍受一晚的怪味，不知是否床單沒清洗？或傢具沒擦拭乾淨，總之，近幾十年來，第一次遇到房間可以留有汗臭味或體味，到不能大口呼吸的程度，也算大開眼界；還有浴室完全沒有通風機，經過一晩上，浴室還是濕淋淋的，無法蒸發乾燥，上廁所要非常小心，一不注意就可能滑倒；以上意見，希望屋主能夠想辦法改進，否則經營民宿非常不容易，得到負評，真是吃力不討好，也不是住客所願意的，只是感受的真實表述而已

老闆很親切，提早跟老闆說幾點入住，老闆會先幫忙開好冷氣。住宿位置離各個景點都蠻近的👍不過trip.com的地圖顯示位置好像有錯（地址是對的）用google地圖才是正確的地方
