The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also very relaxing to soak in the hot spring in your room. It's super convenient to walk to the Old Street, shopping district, park, and forest trail. Great!

The accommodation website link was incomplete. Although the booking was marked as a successful booking for two adults and one child, and the website stated it could accommodate three people, upon check-in, they said only two adults were allowed. They added that an extra NT$300 would be charged for an additional child, even though it was a double room without an extra bed. They claimed the website link wasn't affiliated with the accommodation booking website, yet the booking still went through. This was a very poor experience… I will definitely do a better job of evaluation and confirmation next time I book!

Rooms: Overall, standard and quite clean, although the TV station was old. I especially liked the bathroom; it was stylish and clean, and the view was great, especially from the sixth floor. Breakfast: Buffet style, with a variety of options including porridge, steamed buns, toast, radish cake, etc., as well as black tea, soy milk, and coffee. Service: The staff were very friendly, especially noticing items left in the room immediately after check-out, which was a pleasant surprise and I was very grateful. Conclusion: Overall, it was a good hotel, one I would consider staying at again.

Everything was great, except the breakfast was a bit lacking. They did give us an hour's early check-in, though. I would definitely come again if I had the chance; the information they provided was also very helpful.

It's usually quite expensive, but I checked in there on a cheap day.
