We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy. The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours! The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

The room is very small and the night snack doesn’t have to much selection.

You will be surprised that is a New era of hotel management.room is clean and comfortable, under ground parking, best point is 7-10 pm you can get light dinner with 2 cups complementary beer . also you can buy other wine to enjoy your delicious meal, breakfast is super

We really like our stay. Room is clean, enough space for a couple. The breakfast and snacks have good varieties and yummy. We also stayed at Kindness Hotel in Kaohsiung. Both are great!

Clean hotel comfy bed. Coffee tea cookies and ice cream was available till 10pmb daily. They even provide evening snack, complimentary 1 beer/drink. The breakfast spread was great. Would certainly revisit this hotel.

Although it show 3 star hotel but the hotel do provided free snack corner which is really good for traveller👍 and to me it seem like 4 star hotel so keep up the good work!

Very pleasant experience. Will return next trip to Tainan. Breakfast till 11am. Recommend to all visitors.

I really love the room’s design and cleanliness. Room is stylish and everything is modern. There is cable TV as well. Staff attitude was good. Will be back if I’m ever back in Tainan!

value for money. 24 hours' ice cream, tea and coffee is great to travellers. The front desk officers are friendly and helpful. The officer knew that we were going to use the laundry and he accompanied us. He is a great assistance to us. Thanks for the caring of the staff. One thing needs to aware is that the cafe has limited space, better to phone to enquire the seating availability before going to have buffet breakfast.

Some snacks and drinks are provided from 7-10pm. For the 2 nights, we had our supper there! 👍
