The location is good, within walking distance to National Cheng Kung University with many dining options nearby. However, the bedsheets and amenities in the guesthouse room had stains. It would be much better if they could be replaced (top floor family room).

Very quiet accommodation! It's convenient to eat in the alleyway of Yule Street! When I checked in, there was a drink left by the previous guest in the refrigerator, but the customer service was very proactive in handling it and resolving my concerns.

The sheets were stained, the towels were yellowish, and the floor was gray and couldn't be cleaned properly; there was hair on it. After lying on the bed for a while, I started to feel itchy.
