This was my first stay here. The lobby staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was quite good. My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small, but it was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I'd definitely consider coming back again if I have the chance.

The accommodation is practical, essential, and clean. It's quite a unique experience that the entrance is inside a Family Mart; you go down the stairs and you're right in the convenience store, haha, definitely very convenient. On the other hand, its proximity to the station might be an issue for some – lots of people, constant coming and going, and noisy. The property offers 24/7 self-service coffee/tea packets. You can even make your own breakfast with bread, butter/jam/chocolate, etc. The idea of small events organized in the common room is a nice touch. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Subject: Feedback on Staff Assistance I wanted to take a moment to commend the late shift staff on the 14th. They were extremely helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries with a friendly demeanor. Similarly, the young lady on the day shift was also very welcoming and supportive. Initially, I was quite upset as I had to wait outside for someone to let me in. Given the intense heat and my struggle to drag my luggage from the train station, it was quite uncomfortable. I later learned that the receptionist had stepped away for a moment, which I understand. Despite the challenging conditions, the staff's positive attitude ultimately made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing swimming pool and sauna facilities. The hotel is clean and is in a location that is easy to access the rest of Tainan.

Clean and concise

We spent only one night there. very solid and well located hostel. Nothing to complain about at all - receptionists have been very helpful and supportiv (e.g. U-bike registration). definitly a place to recommend

The overall stay at the hotel was okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the bed felt a bit small and only one pillow was provided, which was too low for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom also lacked a place to hang pants, which was a little inconvenient.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making every morning and return to the hotel a pleasant experience. The location is a bit far from the city center or restaurants, requiring a taxi and making it somewhat inconvenient. However, there are convenience stores and a market nearby, so the surrounding amenities are decent. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, except one day I found a small cockroach in the sink. The hotel facilities are fairly complete, with a hairdryer provided and a hot water dispenser on the 3rd floor. However, the in-room TV was a bit small and the picture quality wasn't great. Also, the showerhead took quite a while to heat up; you had to turn on the water beforehand and wait. But commendably, the hot water supply was consistent.

My first impression was that it was ”old school”, with a traditional sense of luxury that comes from an overwhelming Lobby & Reception, large comfortable Elevator lobbies etc. I also appreciate the great service from the staff who brought us extra coffee creamer, to housekeeping who straightened up my mess. Concierge was very attentive, she checked our taxi after we've alighted, to ensure that nothing was left behind. Its this attention to detail that I find rare these days, and therefore its left a deep impression on me. If I were to point out any shortcoming, it would be that the lighting design of the hotel needs a refresh. Some newer lights, aroma/scented corridors, and background music would help. (oops.. occupational hazard...).

When we arrived, it was already late and there was no parking space (first come, first served). The service staff kindly introduced where to find self-pay parking lots nearby. Although it is an old hotel, the bathroom has been renovated, neatly clean, and not moldy. The only possibility is that it is air-conditioned. It is old and smelly and cannot adjust the wind direction. The sound is very loud. It blows directly on people's heads when sleeping, which is very uncomfortable. The price on Saturday is very good and cheap. There is nothing else to fault.
