The hotel has convenient parking, spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient food, lodging, and transportation. Check-in and check-out are very fast. Electronic invoices are very convenient, which greatly shortens the time for check-out procedures!

衞生：很好，環境周邊是徽派建築近泰寧古鎮。附近就有美食街。酒店設定佈局高大上。還送了早餐券，離店還有小禮品送。一次很愉快滿意的住宿體驗。

酒店位置不錯，後院有停車場（缺少標牌），離泰寧古城不算太遠，周圍和古鎮都有吃的，酒店還贈送了早餐，服務人員服務很熱情，尤其是後院的保安師傅。衞生間的下水需要改進（返臭味）

在泰寧這樣的小城市，明珠大酒店可以算得上是高大尚了吧？大堂寬大明亮，樓高十多層，房間就可以看到漂亮江景。離古城也近，門口就是食街，各方面都方便。衹是年代久了點，設施有點陳舊。不過服務還是不錯的，尤其前台的227號服務員，能幫客人排憂解難，值得點贊。

沒想到泰寧好玩兒的地方這麼多，原計劃在此住一晚，想續訂一晚沒續上，第二晚換了另外一家酒店。酒店臨河，離老城近，交通方便，有停車場，房間寬敞，送了早餐。周邊吃飯的地方多，晚上橋頭賣水果的多，便宜。
