Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too. Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours. The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

Hotel is marvellous, room is spacious, enough for solo traveling. If the room were to have 2 luggage’s, i think there won’t be enough walking space in the room. Toiletbowl and showers are separated which is a good thing. A desk to eat, or do some work or planning for the next day. Bed is comfy and nice. Location is within a minute walk to Ximending. MRT station is just across the street within 2-3mins walk, very accessible.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Before commenting on the hotel, we wanted to share some of our own experiences with those who travelled to this hotel on their own. We arrived at the airport at about 5pm and went to the Flying Dog Bus counter as suggested by the Forum members. Based on the information we found, the bus was supposed to take us to the hotel or close enough to the hotel. But instead, we were told they would not take us to the hotel door until after six o'clock. Before 6 o'clock, they will only put guests on the designated bus route and then take a taxi to the location they are going to. In short, if you arrive at the airport before 5:30, then it is recommended to take the Guoguang bus. After the next time at the terminal (Taipei Central Station), take the MRT to Ximending. Pros: -The location is good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Ximending Station. -All rooms have free Internet access. Try using the wireless connection. If you don't have a network cable yourself, you can borrow one from the front desk. - Basic supplies: hairdryer, kettle, free bottled water and tea - very clean Cons - hotel entrance hidden in a narrow alley and easy to miss. Just look for the World Express pastry shop on the main road. There are huge neon lights on the top side of the hotel, which is useful when looking for it from a distance. - Shower and bathtub are integrated. As a business hotel, we expect them to install a shower curtain, but maybe they think it will cost too much. So you can imagine the mess after each shower. -No useful maps available. Those maps that could be used only marked the subway line, and there was no address information or anything like that. - the lighting in the room was poor. It was too dark for ladies who wanted to make up. -Close to a government building, so if you want to walk around naked in the room, it is recommended to close the curtains. -The front desk clerk doesn't seem to know much about the attractions. -Breakfast coupons are issued at the front desk every morning, dining at the fast food restaurant on the main road, just at the exit of the narrow alley. There are about four or five packages to choose from, but the two must be the same (for both of us)! That is so stupid! The food is not good either.

Awesome hotel, nearby MRT station, downstair have local night market, a lot of local food to eat. Highly recommended for the hotel, I book for superior double room, rooms are bright enough, corridors are wide and the sound proof effect is really good, amenities is great 👍🏻 they provide free luggage storage for customer who waiting to check in or after check out too.. Have a self service laundry room for us to clean n dry our clothes, it do sell detergent too, hassle free .

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

My experience at this hotel was a 10/10. I’m amazed by the great hospitality and the amenities of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had an interesting Onsen design which I totally loved. Nothing like relaxing with a hot bathtub after a long day exploring Taipei 🤩. There’s a cute temple nearby which I’ll attach in the pictures below.

Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

I made a reservation because I knew it was a new hotel. Unexpectedly, Exit 2 of Ximending MRT Station is right in front of the hotel, and Station 3 is just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel. There is an escalator at Station 3, which is more convenient for carrying luggage. The hotel provides free luggage locker temporary storage service, which is very considerate👍🏻The room environment is clean and tidy, the wet and dry bathrooms are separated, it feels Japanese-style and spacious, and it is electronically controlled intelligently, which is very convenient; the only reason is that it is new and the windows cannot be opened, so friends who live in the same room It smells so bad that it smells like new decoration, so the air freshener in the room needs to be turned on in advance.

Excellent location. Hotel is right around the corner from MRT station and Ximending night market food and shopping. Hotel room was clean, breakfast was included in our package, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer some currency exchange (limited amount each day). They also arranged a taxi to the airport with an English speaking driver for when we checked out and provided us breakfast take-out boxes since we had to leave at 5am for our flight.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

位於西門町商圈內，生活機能相當便利，服務人員非常親切，經過櫃檯不論進或出，都很熱情的打招呼，環境整潔非常值得讚許，整個大廳可以說「窗明几淨」，二十四小時都有櫃檯人員，旅店在小巷子裏面，雖然位於西門町徒步區衹有幾公尺，但感覺不到吵雜聲，或許是因為住房時的樓層比較高，不過由一樓大廳往外走時，其實感覺不到這裏就是西門町。 這次訂的房型應該算是「行政套房」，辦公桌、茶几、沙發、乾濕分離的浴室、免治馬桶以及個人訂房的重點（檜木浴缸），住宿含早餐，有中式與西式兩種選擇，為每人一份的套餐，飲料則是無限享用，已CP值來說，個人算是相當滿意。 小插曲：早餐沒吃飽，害羞的小小聲詢問服務人員「我沒吃飽，能不能再點一份」「可以啊，請問您要點哪一種」，全程笑臉陪伴，對於現作餐點需等候片刻也能耐心說明，頓時感動分數又加了不少分。服務業大多一樣，令顧客滿意的服務固然重要，然令顧客感動的服務卻往往可遇不可求。未來再訪西門町時，「能量旅店西門館」絕對是我的首選。

The location is very good, with two convenience stores downstairs. There is also Starbucks and many snacks and restaurants, and it is about a 10-minute walk to the night market. Full marks for location. The service and cleanliness are satisfactory👍🏻 The accommodation is a bit small, which is understandable in Taipei after all. Wi-Fi is very unstable and frequently goes out of network. The man who was ****ing downstairs was too noisy, and I suspected that something was wrong. He worked on a small area for more than half an hour, and everyone suffered from brain pain early in the morning.

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead. The layout and design is modern with some clever touches of functionality as well. Reccomended! Breakfast spread is also decent to start the day.

- Paid extra for a better room, Totally Worth It! Big and clean, but no view - Great location, easy access to the Taipei main station. I can get to anywhere easily. My Tainan friend caught a High Speed Rail to visit me, it was easy for her to get here - I would recommend to go straight up to the ground and drag your suitcase on the street with you if you are taking the Airport Express to Taipei station (Do not walk all the way to the MRT train closet exit because there are stairs) - I like the restroom, bathtub and shower. The Japanese washlet is fantastic because you cannot just throw toilet paper in the toilet in Taiwan - Bed is a bit too firm for me, personally prefer softer mattress - Breakfast has limited choices, I wish there are more - Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was waiting for a shop to restock something, since I didn’t have a local number, I left the hotel number to the shop, and big thanks to Peggy for her help!!!

A very new hotel. The location is impeccable. It is only a short distance from Exit 1 of Ximen Station. There are 7-11, post office, ATM, and 24-hour massage shop downstairs and opposite. The facilities are really new, and the bedding is It is also very comfortable. The toilet is an automatic toilet and the bath products are very useful. There is a free washing and washing machine. There is no toothbrush provided in the room, but you can buy it at the supplies machine. There is no bottled water provided, but you can go to each floor to get filtered water. , this is very good, the sound insulation of the room is also very good, the room is not too cheap, but overall there is a reason.
