Caesar Park Properties in Taipei

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location, just steps from Longshan MRT station, so getting around Taipei was very easy. There are lots of local food options nearby, including street food and bubble tea, which we really enjoyed. Having both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right below the hotel was super convenient. Ohhh they serve Starbucks on 5th floor too. Housekeeping was reliable and kept everything spotless. The highlight, though, was one of the male reception staff. Too bad I don’t remember his name. He’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He truly made our stay better and deserves a raise & recognition. I will definitely stay at Caesar Metro hotel if I visit Taipei again.

We really like the front desk service, staff are very helpful & polite; also fulfill our preference of quiet room away from elevator. Breakfast is great. Not many choices with protein, but like their congee, tea, salad with nuts, plain soy milk & spacious dining area. Staff are very experienced & friendly too. One housekeeping staff intercepted me Sunday afternoon (when my room was not made up yet) & keep asking if I need change of bedsheet, or I would be away for long. It’s not an issue when we have a gang but he keeps pushing me for an ans & do not let me close door when I’m alone (& he’s a very tall man). Given the strange encounter & recent news about violent acts, we think it’s safer to notify concierge & ask for a lady housekeeper. Overall it’s a great experience & hope this is a minor issue.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

What's Hot: location is near bus routes to the airport (1962) & near the Banqiao bus/train/MRT terminals. Rooms are modern & new, well equipped and if you're on a higher floor, have great views of the city. The toilets are equipped with the latest Toto Japanese bidet type potties. There are filtered water dispensers on all floors next to the lifts. There are free snacks, drinks & beverages in the room provided. The TV has a large screen. Surroundings are filled with food, coffee & groceries (Family mart). What's Not: The reception area is small & congested, service is stressed out, efficient, but curt. Beds only have one pillow provided by default. Room air conditioning settings can't be controlled easily. Breakfast is actually served off site at their sister hotel next door (Caesar Park hotel) at the Lotus restaurant (good food though).

not too satisfied with the hotel charge at this price. no washing machine, if you want to wash, it is charged by piece... and saw 2 insects in the room 😨 television not supporting bluetooth connection ( saw them installing new television when checking out so im not sure if now got new function ). oh check out time is at 12, if you want to extend, to 1230 is free but to 1pm it will be NT1000. the location is not bad, 5mins walk to train station, downstairs got small familymart.

Had a wonderful stay at Artree Hotel. The whole place has an artistic, nature‑inspired vibe, and my room was spacious with clever curtain/glass‑door dividers. I really appreciated the free drinks in the minibar and at reception , such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect too; we easily walked to Taipei for the New Year countdown. Grateful for a memorable and beautifully designed stay.
