The staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is very near the train station. Not sure about the facilities and food as we are out most of time.

It's clean and sanitary. The service attitude is also good. There are large shopping malls nearby for shopping. Opposite is the Arena. It's the right place to stay when watching a concert. The price/performance ratio is pretty good. Recommended!

The location is good. The breakfast is not very varied, but it is enough. The hygiene is average. There is a small stain on the pillow. There are stains all over the sink and bathtub. The bed is small. The air conditioner blows towards the head. We went out very early in the morning and returned to the hotel at around 3 pm. There was no cleaning for us. I lived on the 3rd floor and smelled the fumes of cooking at around 4 am. The 4 points for service are for the polite waiters in the restaurant. I didn't see other services.

The location is very good, the room is new and spacious, but the housekeeping is not good: 1. There is a thick layer of dust on the bathroom phone. 2. The sugar packets used for coffee were opened and left in the box by the previous customer and then confiscated. 3. There is very obvious dirt on the drain outlet and faucet. 4. The TV's screen projection is completely broken. I have stayed in three Kodak hotels. This one is the newest but has the worst housekeeping management. Linsen Kodak is the best👍. The service staff in all three rooms are very friendly.

The room is clean, spacious, and well soundproofed. There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it had everything you should have. I will stay here again next time I go to the Arena.
