Airline Inn Taipei Ximen

Location is good, right at exit 2 of ximen station. Room is alright, carpet haf stains but generally clean. For the price of the room it is worth it.

This hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from MRT Exit 2, making it incredibly convenient. We happened to visit during a typhoon, and we were so grateful that the MRT station was only a few steps away, making it easy and safe to get around. The front desk staff were also very friendly and kindly reminded us about the typhoon safety precautions. Although the room was compact, it was more than enough for two people. We could fully open two 28-inch suitcases without any problem, which was impressive. Considering the price in Taipei, it offers great value for money. If you get hungry at night, there’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The hotel is also within walking distance of Ximending, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Ximen Station. Pro-tip: Exit 2 only has stairs, so it is much easier to use Exit 3, which has an escalator. As for the hotel itself, the building is shared with other shops. After checking in, you take the lift to your specific floor and scan your card to enter the hotel area. Note that there are a few minor stairs to climb to reach some of the rooms. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a noticeable sour smell; I had to turn the aircon down to a low temperature just to make the odor bearable. The room’s table is also very small and can only comfortably accommodate one person.

Great place to stay near ximending, there is a small 7-11 downstairs for all your needs

I stayed for one week here and had a perfect stay. The hotel is right at the exit of the metro, which makes it convenient for traveling around. Also, my room on the 11th floor had a great view on Ximen crossing and was quite comfortable and not noisy. The staff was also very kind. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the hotel is extremely nice, however the carpet of the room was a bit dirty, the bed was also not comfortable.
