This was our first trip to Taiwan with small children, so we chose this place hoping it would feel like staying at home. The owner was wonderful, providing prompt and thoughtful communication and quickly addressing any issues we had. The location was excellent – Taipei 101 and a night market were within walking distance, there was a convenience store right next door, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. We also appreciated the free use of the washer/dryer and Wi-Fi, as well as the comprehensive amenities. The room was well-equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, water dispenser, kettle, hairdryer, and iron. There were multiple rooms, and they were clean and well-maintained. However, due to the room's structure, external noise was quite audible in the bedroom with a window. While there were two toilets and two showers, they were in a combined space of about one tatami mat. This meant that the toilet floor would get wet when using the shower, and there was no changing area. Although it was clear the place was kept clean, the shower facilities felt quite old, which was a bit surprising. It might be a minor hurdle for those who are very particular about cleanliness. Overall, thanks to the owner's wonderful personality, it was almost a perfect stay. Thank you!

A Responsible and Efficient Host While this stay presented some challenges regarding the physical space and facilities, the host's communication and efficiency were truly impressive. When issues arose, the host not only responded promptly but also demonstrated great sincerity, proactively assisting with communication with the platform regarding compensation. Ultimately, thanks to the host's proactive efforts, a reasonable refund was quickly obtained. Although there is still room for improvement in the facilities, this responsible attitude made the guest feel very respected, making the host a trustworthy asset.

It's very close to the subway station. Exit 1 from Taipei 101 Station and walk two blocks. It's very clean and has all the amenities. The room is very tidy. It has four bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. It's very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, and there's a FamilyMart downstairs, which is very convenient.

The place exceeded our expectations – very spacious and impeccably clean. The landlord has carefully prepared the property to make it feel like a second home for the tenants. They were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This neighborhood has excellent MRT public transportation connections and a variety of Michelin-recommended restaurant dining options. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could easily imagine a longer stay considering the facilities and services provided. They have elevators, towels, washers and dryers, and shower gel. They are very close to the famous attraction 101, as well as the famous night markets and the World Trade Center. It is so convenient!!!
