The younger staff are less friendly and less warm compared to the elder staff. Although I've asked for a quiet room when I booked, I got a room facing the main room and unfortunately road noise is audible.

Above all the location is super strategic just a 7min walk to Taipei Main Station. The hotel itself is new. checking in and out was easy and hassle free. But facilities are basic (no iron, no usual amenities that hotels normally supply) but that's not an issue . just for travellers who need to leave their bags and go out have fun time exploring taipei and come back clean up and sleep before starting next adventure

It is a new hotel therefore it is pretty clean. But it is odd that there is a 1/3 roll of tissue on the countertop of the wash basin in the toilet. There is also some rubber debris on the desktop. Other than this, the room is clean. There are 2 wireless chargers beside the beds which is convenient. The TV is mounted on the partition wall between the room and the toilet which is rather clever design to keep down noise to the next room. Location is great.

Within walking distance to Taipei main train station and Ximending area. The room is small but comfortable enough. The hotel bathroom only provides a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel, and there is no moisturiser available

Nice bed. Very clean and new. Water dispenser every floor which was convenient. Good sofa. Room is quite spacious. Great location, close to railway and mrt so a great boon. But cannot ask for extra pillows... only has one 2 in 1 soap which was disappointing. Too early check out 11am... No closet... So it was slightly expensive for the lack of amenities...
