Room was beautiful and romantic. It was husbands favorite stay during our trip to Taiwan. The location is great, but they’re doing construction on the street right in front of the hotel (while we were there). You can’t hear it inside and there’s not enough traffic to make it concerning, but it’ll be much nicer once the construction is complete.

The parking is a mechanical system, so larger vehicles won't fit.

I came up from the south for a concert. With plenty of shopping districts nearby, it's a great choice for a busy trip.

Hotel room is great. Door can be installed at shower/bathtub area otherwise it's cold when taking a shower.

Amazing location with walking distance access to subway, local eateries as well as department store. If there is any one comment to made is probably the sound proofing can be improved.

This hotel is beautifully designed in a great location — very clean with excellent housekeeping. However, beyond this, I found numerous issues that the management were unable to assist with and took no responsibility. The main issue was the breakfast — if you book, I recommend not including this: my partner is vegetarian and they offered frozen potato smileys (!) and salad. Rather than taking accountability for this inadequate service for a guest, they said I should have made them aware in advance. For a design hotel, this is completely unacceptable. They also only have three options for breakfast. I would not return and will definitely go with another design hotel in Taipei that has better service and amenities.

On my last night in Taiwan, the hotel was under renovation when I arrived, making it a bit inconvenient. However, there were many shopping malls and stores nearby, and I unexpectedly bought a down jacket I liked! There was also a very famous noodle shop just a 2-minute walk away, which was absolutely amazing! There were also many restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby. This hotel is quite new for Taipei, and I highly recommend it.

The price is quite high, the room isn't worth the price, and it's dimly lit and small. The toilet/bathroom doesn't have a door, only a curtain, which isn't very nice!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The location was convenient and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the swimming pool lacked heated water, so I couldn't fully utilize it. The room offered Netflix for online video streaming, which was great! 👍

The room cleaning lady was very good, but the lobby was quite simple and I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel. The location is good, but the price is a bit high because I have stayed in better places in the same area.
