And the arrangement of the room and the location of the room is very poor
4098 need to take the 5th floor ((the elevator inside goes down to the 4th floor)

The price is reasonable and for this price you are getting a decent size room with an excellent location.

The MRT entrance is literally in front of the hotel. To get here, simply find Z2 exit and your hotel is in front of you. Z2 exit also have an elevator which should help with your luggage
Facility 3/5
Standard facility here. you have microwave, laundry (which is always full btw). Please note that the elevator in front of the building is always full but you can walk to the back of the building, there are 3 more elevators.
Cleanliness 2/5
The worst thing about the hotel is the carpet that doesn't seem to ever be vacuumed. It is so dirty I had to wear my socks all the time. Same goes with the carpet outside.

do not book this property if you want or expect to get a good nights sleep. The walls are super thin. You can hear every noise from the adjacent rooms. You can hear the guest sneeze, snore, and blink. This is an addition to the hallway noise.
in addition, most rooms have no windows. This is the only the second hotel I booked that was absent of windows.

Link underpass to Taipei main station, Hotel front desk need to take lift to 5F. Surrounding got a lot local eatery and a big shopping mall Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and convenient store family Mart just beside the hotel.
Only downside was twin room only provide 1 room key card.

Location convenient & direct link to Mall & Trains,So close and convenient to Taipei main station where we boarded the train to the airport. Surrounding got a lot of local eateryOnly disadvantage was the twin room only provide 1 room key card.

I could not adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. It was very cold at night.

Very very cramped
Safe not working
Toilet stuck and had to do own plumbing
Shower area flooded
Booked room with windows but came without windows.
Didn’t change room in the end coz it’s Noisy due to main road traffic even tho supposed to be sound proof.
Noisy neighbours made the experience worse
The only plus point is the location and price. there are other hotels in the vicinity tho.
