Unfortunately the room toilet was found blocked for the 2 days we stayed, even they tried to fix it after our first day complaint. That's very inconvenient. The shower water pressure was very weak too.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here in Taiwan, staying at this hotel.
We booked a double bed room which was always kept clean and quiet.
However, the shower drain was slightly clogged, so the water wasn’t draining properly.

Booked 2 rooms. We paid the same price but different size. One of it was too small, we can’t even open our luggage properly. No proper sign showed where the entrance or how to find the hotel. We have to keep google to see the locations, reach the reception but didn’t even get proper greet. We were waiting for like 10mins to get our self checked in, however the male staff wasn’t too friendly to tell us where our directions to our rooms and what’s the facilities the hotel has. Feels like a robot.

Very nice place yo stay. Very central. City view rooms are wide and luminous. Only bad thing: at checkout time there is only one guy available at front desk, which causes an interminable line…
