We stayed for three nights, and on the third day, we found cockroaches in our room. The hotel's solution was to change rooms, but what good is that when the cockroaches are everywhere? This is a serious hygiene issue, and the hotel clearly didn't meet the expected standards. What's more, the staff downplayed the situation, acting as if cockroaches are a normal thing in Taipei hotels. We requested a refund for the third night, but they only offered a small portion. In the end, Trip.com had to intervene to resolve the issue. I strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

The king size bed is very comfortable but the pillow are too soft. It’s a pity they do not have indoor swimming pool, otherwise I would like to dip in the pool. Location is good as it is surrounding with a few shopping malls and also within walking distance from Zhongshan metro station to Taipei main station. Also within walking distance to a night market. Also a walk of 8-10mins, I can go for supper at the ramen store that open until 3am.

Great place to stay. The service is friendly and excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Situated central to Zhongshan which has a bunch of good restaurants, shops and close access to the MRT.
