I had several problems at this hotel during my stay:
1. They charge extra money for extra towels
2. They have no paper cups for coffee downstairs
3. They lock the hotel door after midnight and you have to wait on the receptionist to open the door for you
4. Their check out is at 11 not 12 and they enforce it
5. No coffee capsule in the room

I only booked the hotel when I got off the plane after 12 o'clock in the afternoon,
I saw that you can check in at 3 o'clock. It happened to be 3 o'clock when I arrived from the airport by MRT. The staff at the counter were very nice. They helped me arrange the room within 5 minutes. The room was big and the bathroom was good. It is clean and well-lit, and the attitude of the staff is very polite, because the hotel used to lock the door in the middle of the night, but there will be staff present to open the door every time, only when I turn on the air conditioner, the location is noisy It was a little noisy, and it took about 30 minutes to turn it off before there was no sound. I was satisfied with everything else. I finally found out that my room was the second largest room in the hotel.

Recently, the hotel in Taipei on Saturday was not cheap, but it was convenient because there were many restaurants and massage shops nearby. Staff are very friendly. The building looks a bit dated.
