Spacious room ; huge toilet with bath tub ! Tv can spin for sofa / bedding watching … front service seems not happy to help ; and pls breakfast with very low expectation.

The distance is very near to train station and there are many eateries nearby, very convenient. Will be good to have smart TV for us to screen mirror our movies as a bonus point.

Excellent location near many shops, eating places, grocery, Poya, McDonald, 7-11, Family Mart, 4 beauty shops and message parlors, pharmacy, Mos Burger, and a night market. Bus stop in front, MRT station 5 minutes walk. Friendly house keepers! Breakfast included. But could be better. Front Desk especially the English speaking friendly old men. So helpful! Always go out of his way to assist us. He is one of the reason our trip was memorable. The room is so clean and so big. The sleeping area is separated from the sitting area and the TV set, which added additional value to the experience. I love the furnitures, lovely! The beds are comfy and the air condition works wondetful! The bathroom is big with bathtub and amazing huge shower head! The toilet has a bidet! For shower, Just make sure to let the water run for 5 minutes for the it to get hot. I would stay again at Xinshe Hotel in my future trips to Taiwan. Actually, we extend our stay at Xinshe Hotel for another week. Provide daily free water, coffee, tea. and coco bags as well. Small refrigerator that we used for our drinks.

All i can say was my stay was great the room is big but the he design is outdated but the bathroom is newly renovated with big bath tub.. the house keeping lady are so helpful .. and also the woman who manage the breakfast really treats me good and very accommodating and i really feel the care and assistance i need .. lastly i wanna give a big recommendation to the lobby receptionist name MAX or MAXLY he helped and accommodate me regarding on my booking and cancellation i got my refund for unused night because of his dedication to assist and help their guest BIG THUMBS UP.! ❤️❤️

I sometimes stay here on trips to Taipei and I’ve generally had a decent experience for the price - but this time the room was very dusty and smelled a not musty - it was level two. I’ve always had much nicer rooms on the higher floors

Big size rooms, very nice comfortable king beds, water takes time to get hot, front desk staff service are very mechanical, and location is very center sorrounded by everything and anything you need.

It stated that they have a gym-room, but we found out it was dismantled already, please update the information.

The hotel are great just that the front desk the guy doesn’t seem to be so polite. I like the young lady at the front desk who seem to be very nice and friendly she always great us when we come back from hotel or leave hotel but not the guy there never even great us whenever we leave or come come back to the hotel.

Location seems ok, walking distance to 2 mrt stations. There is a 7-11 nearby and also able to find some foods in that area. Cleanliness is bad, seems to have a lot of dusts on the table even after housekeeping. Be sure to inform reception if there is any damage when arrive. When we checked in the door stopper was damage and we informed the reception but she mentioned that it shouldn't affect anything so we just picked the door stopper up. The next day when we went back to hotel, the door was too heavy and slammed on the wardrobe and broke the mirror. We quickly inform reception and the maintenance team came down. They are quite friendly and provide a good service. They changed a new room for us just next door so that we do not need to move too far.

The hotel is very old. It is time to do a renovation for a facelift. Their breakfast comes in a takeaway packaging and it is already cold when you pick it up. They only serve local ********* breakfast and there is no selection at all. The room smells musky and cleanliness is bad.
